Meetings Today LIVE! opened at the Royal BC Museum. 

We dined in the First People’s Gallery where the First Nations People of what is now Vancouver Island greeted us with song and dance.

Geoteaming and Visit Billings sponsored a game to help planners meet all the suppliers before the end of the event. Downloading an app, every supplier was a mission to take a photo together with their company logo.

The Meetings Today LIVE! West host hotel is the historic Fairmont Empress.  Built in 1908 and recently renovated in a multi-million dollar project, The Fairmont serves one of the top high tea services in the world.

Meetings Today LIVE! presented CIC accredited, cutting edge education.  Jessie States, CMP, CMM from Meetings Professional International presented Meetings Tomorrow with next practices for great events.

Meetings Today LIVE! is fun!  The Delta Victoria Ocean Pointe hosted a farm-to-table lunch on their beautiful property. 

Meetings Today LIVE! makes a difference.  Wear2start.com was chosen as the Corporate Social Responsibility project.  Helping women make a new start, we created bags full of new products for women in need.

Wilson’s sponsored all the transportation including a Victoria City Tour on the Hop On Hop Off bus.  We saw Victoria highlights like Chinatown as well as V2V’s hydrofoil and the Inn at Laurel Point.

The Westin Bear Mountain Golf Resort and Spa hosted dinner at their incredible view location.  Their tour included their exclusive wine cellar and an interactive dinner with music and a photo booth.

A tour of Buchart Gardens highlighted one of Victoria’s top attractions.

The Hotel Grand Pacific hosted the closing dinner.  Geoteaming ended Meetings Today LIVE! on a high note with a digital escape room built on Victoria facts that planners learned during the event.
