Training magazine’s TechLearn 2019 Conference is designed for learning and development professionals who want to leverage the latest in learning research and training technologies to improve workplace performance. 

TechLearn’s Kick Off Mission:Possible was a team building event to help attendees orient to the conference space and meet new people.  Geoteaming organized this high-tech scavenger hunt that featured all the  main meeting spaces and top features of New Orleans on the way to the opening night social at local bar, Barcadia.

Gamicon participants just experienced 2 days of innovative training and then they became the leaders on the teams with the newly arrived TechLearn attendees.  From helping the technical aspects of logging in to the advanced skills of coaching their team, over 140 people had an energetic opening that broke down barriers and helped inspire key relationships that makes the conference more comfortable and effective in a short amount of time.

At Training Magazine’s 2019 Conference, on one team, 2 people made such a strong relationship that they spent the entire conference going to every session together and stayed connected after the conference to help each other in their work.
