In looking at this chart you might see the significant rise in the bottom right hand corner.  Team 12 Legends struggled the whole game as you can see they were in the bottom positions.

Their Team Leader said they created their own intervention.  With 30 minutes to go, the team finally stopped and talked to each other.  They voiced frustration and finally decided together that they wanted to show they can be better.  We call these short meetings a “huddle” and we have video verified with multiple companies that this is a trait of winning teams.

What happened next was magic.  This team scored massive points and passed 2 teams to end in 9th place.  Most importantly, this team finally felt for the first time this week what it was like to be a successful team.  Legendary!

As a follow up to this story, this team went on to solve one of the most challenging team building events of the week and finished in 3rd place overall!  All due to this critical turning point for this team.
