The Quest

Challenge your team to perform at the highest level.

The Quest is the most challenging version of Geoteaming that requires your team to operate at a very high level of teamwork in order to achieve a group goal.  To solve this problem your team will need high levels of collaboration, leadership and a well thought out strategy.  The challenge isn’t to win amongst each other, but instead accomplish a difficult task in relation to other groups that have run the same event.  We give you the task and the resources you will need to acomplish it, from there it is up to you to find a strategy for success.  Less than 25% of teams will achieve the goal.  Is your team up to the challenge?

1:00 - Introductions, team formation, goals, technical training and strategy
1:45 - The Quest begins
4:00 - Final debrief, awards, slideshow and celebration
5:00 - Event concludes
